At Stamm Investments Limited, we manage a most impressive portfolio of properties. While we have purchased some of our buildings, most have been developed specifically by STAMM. Heritage Place Apartments are STAMM Investments Limited's brother and sister buildings located in the Stanley Park area of Kitchener. Most units in the brother 315 building feature in suite laundry. Units in the sister 301 building do not have laundry but there is a laundry room on site. Both buildings offer underground parking.
