Welcome to our online Maintenance Request Page. Here you will find information about our maintenance program as well as the 'online' maintenance request form for routine maintenance.

Routine Maintenance is identified as maintenance that is expected to be done on a semi-regular basis within a residential unit. An example of routine maintenance is: changing tap cartridges (fix leaky tap), or replacing the flush handle on a toilet.

Routine maintenance is requested by the resident using a Maintenance Work Order or the online Maintenance Request form (below) and is performed by our staff during regular business hours. Routine maintenance is usually completed within 3 business days of receipt of the request unless parts are required, a contractor is required, and/or there are extenuating circumstances. Before completing this form, please read the following information carefully. Fields marked with a * must be completed in full.

Only legal residents of a unit may request maintenance. Only valid maintenance requests will be reviewed. If your request is valid, you should receive notice to enter within the next 3 business days indicating when maintenance staff will enter your unit. In the event you do not receive a notice to enter within this time frame, there may be a problem with the request or it may be declined. Please check your email address provided for details.
